September 2024 Advisor Newsletter

As insurance renewal conversations approach, many small business owners are looking for ways to manage rising healthcare costs while still providing their employees with valuable benefits. One strategy that’s gaining popularity is incorporating wellness benefits, like myWSA and myFlexplan, into employee benefit packages.

Customizable Benefits for a Diverse Workforce: Why myFlexplan is Perfect for Small Businesses

In today's work environment, diversity isn't just about hiring people from different backgrounds—it's about recognizing that employees have unique needs, priorities, and lifestyles. This is especially true when it comes to employee benefits. One-size-fits-all benefit plans can fall short, leaving employees without the support they need to maintain their health and well-being.

Enter myFlexplan. This flexible benefit plan is the perfect solution for small businesses looking to provide meaningful, personalized benefits for a diverse workforce.

How Health and Wellness Spending Accounts Complement Traditional Benefits Plans

If you’re offering traditional benefits plans to your clients, you’re already providing a solid foundation of support for their employees. But have you considered how health and wellness spending accounts (HSAs and WSAs) can take those benefits to the next level? Think of these plans with myHSA as the perfect sidekicks to traditional plans—adding flexibility, coverage, and a personal touch that can make a big difference.
