Sage Advice
We have been quiet about this, but now we are ready to stand on the rooftops and tell everyone - we upgraded our chat feature, and it's amazing! The possibilities to serve our client base better and communicate more effectively just increased exponentially.
How?
myHSA is now SOC 2 Type 2 Certified
Security has always been the highest priority for myHSA. We pursued and achieved SOC 2 Type 1 certification in 2021, but as we’ve grown, ensuring our client's data is safe and secure will continue to be a priority.
In 2023 we received our SOC 2 Type 2 certification, furthering our security measures for all users of the myHSA platform. SOC 2 Type 2 focuses on three areas: security, privacy and confidentiality.
What do Tesla, Apple, Amazon and myHSA have in common?
What do these companies have in common? Well - we, and many other companies you know, measure our customer loyalty using the NPS (Net Promoter Score).
You might have seen a brief survey appearing on our platform recently. If you participated, you contributed to collecting our NPS score data. This survey was optional and involved a sample group encompassing all myHSA user-types, including advisors, plan admins, and employees!
All about myFlexplan
Positioning a myFlexplan: Empowering Employees with Choice
It’s not uncommon for advisors to tell me that the client “just wants an HSA for now, they don’t want to overcomplicate things for them or the employees with more options.” I get the sense that the advisor is actually not comfortable with the plan and how it operates and would rather stick to what they know. So, let’s bring everyone up to speed!
Switching from myHSA to myFlexplan
So, your client is thinking about moving from a myHSA to a myFlexplan and the broad scope of benefits it provides. Sure, the myHSA is a great option, but myFlexplan is super customizable, and the employees can choose how to optimize their benefits in a way that is perfect for them.
myFlexplan Allocation: A Complete Guide
myFlexplan is taking the spotlight as our fastest-growing plan type (because it's amazing), but with myFlexplan comes a term that might be new to employees: "Allocation."
